START-REMOVEEND-REMOVEShiv is a mighty hero with the right amount of farm, but he requires a lot of practice to master. His playstyle is very aggressive and close range; you will mainly focus on using your spells on the enemies and finishing them with the help of your ultimate, the Killing Blow. His third spell, Bloodletting, is very impactful because it keeps him alive for a long time while he can recover his health using lifesteal. Even though most players don't value their weapon much, it comes with an interesting mechanic, shooting two bullets while using right-click.
Shiv Abilities
START-REMOVEEND-REMOVEShiv has the following four hero abilities:
- Serrated Knives
- Slice and Dice
- Bloodletting
- Killing Blow
Serrated Knives: Shiv throws a knife that damages and slows enemies. Every additional hit adds a stack and refreshes the debuff for the duration, which means that damage increases per stack.
Slice and Dice: Shiv performs a dash forward and damages enemies along that path. While rage is full an echo of Shiv retraces the dash path after a short delay, damaging enemies again.
Bloodletting: Shiv takes only a portion of incoming damage immediately and defers the rest to be taken over time.
Killing Blow: Shiv launches forward and instantly kills an enemy if their health is below the threshold, if not it deals 200 damage to them.
